The CIT program is designed to have sophomores and older train to become counselors in the future. CITs are responsible for building relationships with campers and supporting them through the week to respond to what the Lord may be putting on their hearts.  CIT are generally looked up to by campers and should therefore serve as an example during service, worship, meals, flags and anytime campers are watching. CITs should come to serve because the Lord has put it on their hearts to be at Tarhe; this should come from a growing relationship with the Lord.

These are volunteer positions.
